The staff are all very friendly and helpful, from the restaurant room, to the bar, to the swimming pool and to the entertainers, it's a shame that only one person at the reception (the older one with short, light hair) ruins the image of the entire staff.
Weak wifi in the room and unfortunately also the network coverage, small but essential bathrooms, television that works at times. No daily personal hygiene kit is provided, so they say they have established.
However, the structure as a whole is recently built or renovated, has a quiet location and a very nice swimming pool. The food is very good and the menu is full of fish-based dishes, just what we were looking for and there is always meat and vegetarian alternatives.
The owner, Mr. Francesco, and the gentleman in the evening hours are the utmost in courtesy and helpfulness.

We stayed a few days ago in this hotel, unfortunately the holiday is already over 😢 We had a lot of fun. Everything was perfect! Spacious rooms, with balcony overlooking the pool. Good cleaning thanks to the girls on the floors, always very kind and helpful. Even the swimming pool is always very clean and beautiful, with Francesco who, in addition to being a lifeguard, is always attentive to that extra care. Abundant and quality breakfast, as well as meals at the restaurant, good with a varied menu. Here too, everyone was very kind and nice, especially Elisa who took care of our table. Lots of delicious fruit etc. But the best was the animation. Never had so much fun. Ramses, Alessandro, Lorenzo and Dyana all nice, kind, always smiling, energetic, engaging, friendly and professional. Fantastic! An unforgettable holiday, a place to return ♥
